Ultimate leagues are offering all year round with options to play in the Summer, Fall or Winter.

Choose to play outdoors OR indoors this Summer and enjoy an ultimate night.

Highlights for 2023:

Ultimate is offered outdoors on grass Monday to Thursday.
NEW this season is our indoor turf league on Mondays at the Ottawa Sooners Mega Dome - There's no need to worry about sun, wind or rain when you play here!

Rosters & Schedules will be available to registered players at least two (2) days prior to your first session.
