Everything you need to know about what OSSC provides, what players bring, and how team captains can rent equipment for the season.
Depending on the sport, OSSC may provide nets, balls, cones, bases, sticks, goalie gear, innertubes, brooms, stones, or other required equipment.
Some equipment is provided on-site, while other equipment may need to be picked up or rented by the team captain before the season starts.
Players should always bring personal items such as proper footwear, water, sport-specific gear, and anything listed in their sport rules.
Team captains are responsible for confirming equipment needs and making sure their team is ready for game night.

Please plan ahead. These are pop-up events and OSSC staff will not be at this location outside the listed dates and times.
If you registered as a full team, your captain is responsible for your team's equipment needs. Individual registrants should nominate someone to take the lead and follow the chart below.

The following sports offer rental equipment options. Teams may bring their own equipment or place a refundable deposit and borrow equipment from OSSC for the season.
Click the orange refundable deposit text and use the registration function. Select "Individual" to view available equipment options.
Place your fully refundable equipment deposit using a credit card. You'll borrow the equipment for the season and receive your deposit back once the equipment is returned.
Equipment must be picked up during one of the scheduled Equipment Pick-Up Sessions.
Equipment rentals must be secured before the final Equipment Pick-Up Session.
Rentals secured after that date will be subject to a $30 late fee.
Late rentals become the responsibility of the team captain (or representative) to arrange pickup at a mutually agreed upon location.
