HIGHLIGHTS + LeAGUE DETAILS

Outdoor Soccer is played a variety of Central Ottawa locations. While Turf Soccer leagues take place at the Ottawa Sooners Megadome.
All league games are 55-minutes (Indoor) and 90-minutes (Outdoor) in length with rotating start times.
Leagues and programs begin the week of May 15th and end at the end of August.
Rosters & Schedules will be available to registered players at least two (2) days prior to your first game.
Register as an individual, with friends or as a team!

Skill Division & Roster

All leagues are Recreational and fun-focused.
Individual teams will receive a Welcome Letter and Roster update at least two (2) days prior to your first game.
Mixed Gender Leagues: Teams must always play with a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the field/court..
Single Gender: Teams must always play with the same gendered players on the field/court.
Open Gender: There are no minimum gender requirements. Players participate freely without restrictions existing as to how many players of each gender are on the field/court.

All leagues are self-officiated.

Outdoor Teams are responsible for bringing a soccer ball, pop-up nets and cones to each game. All equipment can be rented through OSSC or bought separately.

Indoor Turf teams are responsible for a soccer ball (soccer nets are located on-site).

Futsal teams do not need to bring a ball or net – these are provided on-site by OSSC!
