It doesn’t take long to realize why Volleyball is our most popular every season.

Choose from the traditional 6-on-6, or the unique 4-on-4 league format (3 sets, 55 minute games). Check out our 5 sets (90-minute) leagues on Sunday afternoons for more volleyball.

Leagues are offered in regional areas such as Kanata, Barrhaven, Nepean, Central Ottawa (Previously RSC specific), and Orleans! We’re sure to be in your neighborhood!

Skill levels range from Rookie, to Recreational, Intermediate, Advanced to Competitive!

Choose the night of play that fits your lifestyle! Leagues run on Sunday to Fridays
Choose between our traditional 3-set ( 55-minute) leagues or our 5-set (90-minute) leagues.
Our NEW Ladder Formal Leagues offer teams more like-skill leveled matchups in a newly organized tiered system.
Choose your region: Central Ottawa, Kanata, Nepean, Barrhaven, and Orleans.
- Within your region, OSSC does its best to balance all teams’ locations and timeslots, however; several factors can impact league schedules, including permit updates, and number of registrations.
Leagues begin the week of May 6th and end at the end of August.
Rosters & Schedules will be available to registered players at least two (2) days prior to your first game.
Register as an individual, with friends or as a team!

Skill Division & Roster

Choose between Recreational, Intermediate or Advanced skill divisions. All leagues are fun-focused.
Choose between 4’s or 6’s.
Individual teams will receive a Welcome Letter and Roster update at least two (2) days prior to your first game.
Mixed Gender Leagues: Teams must always play with a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the court.
Single Gender: Teams must always play with the same gendered players on the court.
Open Gender: There are no minimum gender requirements. Players participate freely without restrictions existing as to how many players of each gender are on the court.

All leagues are self-officiated.

All Teams must bring a volleyball to each game. All other equipment and set up is taken care of by SSC staff. Your team just needs to come and play with a ball!
