When he’s not leading major projects and daily operations of the business, Matt loves to get out and play in the leagues himself. He’s an avid athlete and enjoys staying active with his family. Matt is a huge hockey fan and cheers on the Toronto Maple Leafs!

Rosa oversees the operations of all clubs across the country and is our go-to facility finder to ensure SSC communities thrive. Outside of work, Rosa loves to play all kinds of sports and spending time in nature – cottage, camping, local trails, you name it. She also loves chatting about women’s soccer and enjoys watching the NWSL and international play. Her passion for an active lifestyle keeps us on our toes as she encourages everyone to get out and move!

Meghan is responsible for the behind the scenes day-to-day operations of Halifax Sport & Social Club. Outside of HSSC leagues, Meghan finds joy in exploring Halifax and Nova Scotia’s beaches, hiking trails and restaurants. You can also find her channeling her creativity into her many crochet projects. And, of course, amidst her busy days, Meghan cherries quality time with her family above all else.

As the Sport Manager of Ottawa Sport & Social Club, Lucas works hard to ensure that our members have a fun and enjoyable experience with us. Outside of work, Lucas loves being outdoors and embraces his roots by cutting wood, hiking, or exploring whenever he has the chance. He’s also an avid volleyball player, and if there’s music in the background you can thank him; Lucas is our in-house DJ and knows just how to add some extra fun to any event.

Christian supports the day-to-day operations of Ottawa Sport & Social Club with a focus on growing leagues and classes. Outside of work Christian loves to play ping pong, soccer and softball – he even caught the Pickleball bug! Christian is a huge fan of hockey with the Ottawa Senators being his favorite team. He is also an avid poker player and wants to eventually play in tournaments around the world!

Mike is the creative brain behind many of the videos and graphics you see on social media. You will often see him on the court or on the field capturing content each week. When Mike is not working behind the lens he likes to spend his time with friends biking in Ottawa, on the golf course in his hometown of Timmins, ON or enjoying watching his favourite teams play such as the Toronto Blue Jays, Carolina Hurricanes or the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

There is one obvious reason why Ashley works in our Human Resources department… she loves people! Her passion for sports, and having fun is the perfect combination to lead the “people” side of our staff team. Located in Ottawa, Ashley works with the Sport & Social Club, and our sister company the Rideau Sports Centre.
As our organization grows, we need dynamic, self-starters who love sports, have a passion for excellence in service quality and are ready to jump in at any time. We have rewarding and challenging positions open across many areas of our business.
