HIGHLIGHTS + LeAGUE DETAILS

Turf Soccer leagues are played on Monday and Wednesday nights. Field Soccer Leagues take place Monday to Wednesday nights.
Turf Leagues are 55-minute games, while Field Soccer is 85-minute games.
Turf Leagues take place at Ottawa Mega Dome, while Field Soccer Leagues play in Central, South and West Ottawa
Leagues begin early-to-mid-May and end late- August.
Rosters & Schedules will be available to registered players at least two (2) days prior to your first game.
Register as an individual, with friends or as a team!

Skill Division & Roster

All leagues are Recreational and fun-focused.
Individual teams will receive a Welcome Letter and Roster update at least two (2) days prior to your first game.
Mixed Gender Leagues: Teams must always play with a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the field/court..
Open Gender: There are no minimum gender requirements. Players participate freely without restrictions existing as to how many players of each gender are on the field/court.

Field Soccer leagues are self-officiated.

Turf Soccer 7’s leagues are officiated.

Outdoor Teams are responsible for bringing a soccer ball, pop-up nets and cones to each game. All equipment can be rented through OSSC or bought separately.

Indoor Turf teams are responsible for a soccer ball (soccer nets are located on-site).

Futsal teams do not need to bring a ball or net – these are provided on-site by OSSC!
