Play for 2 hours every week and enjoy the physical activity as well as the fun, social aspect of this unique sport.

New to the sport, no worries at all! The majority of SSC Curling Leagues are recreational and offer a great starting place. It’s an amazing opportunity to get into one of Canada’s favourite past times.

HIGHLIGHTS + LeAGUE DETAILS

Choose the night of play that fits your lifestyle! Leagues run on Sunday’s, Monday’s, and Tuesday’s.
Games are 120-minutes and are played at one location all season.
Locations include: Rideau Curling Club, City View Curling Club, Carleton Heights Curling Club and Nepean Sportsplex.
Leagues begin in October and end by December 19th. *Nepean Sportsplex leagues begin in November*
Rosters & Schedules will be available to registered players at least two (2) days prior to your first game.
Register as an individual, with friends or as a team!

Skill Division & Roster

All leagues are Recreational and are fun-focused.
Individual teams will receive a Welcome Letter and Roster update no later than Wednesday, September 27^th.
Curling Leagues: There are no gender requirements for curling, however we strongly encourage teams to be mixed gender.

All leagues are self-officiated

Brooms are available on-site and must be returned at the end of each game.

Some locations require players to bring their own grippers and sliders. These can be purchased a low-cost at a local sporting goods store.
