Registration is NOW OPEN for Winter 2022 Virtual Programs!

  • Choose from a variety of class styles including Mixology, Yoga, Book Club and so much more! All online classes can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home. 
  • Virtual Class participants register as individuals (but feel free to invite your friends to join you and register online!).
  • Classes are typically held weekly on a consistent day (i.e. every Tuesday).
  • Some virtual classes offer a multiple week session throughout the season, while others are a one-time event! Check out your Virtual Programs registration page for dates and number of weeks.

Lights...Camera...Cocktails - get ready to shake in style with one of Toronto's best mixologists. This class is perfect for date night in, a virtual gathering with friends or team building!

Our Virtual Mixology class brings you an amazing cocktail mixology class from the comfort of your home. You will learn the secrets of the art called Mixology and engage in the process of cocktail making (and drinking, of course) with other Sport & Social Club participants on ZOOM. You'll learn tips and tricks to build two popular drinks.

All you need is a wi-fi enabled device, access to Zoom and of course, your own cocktail making supplies. We'll send a shopping list a few days before your class!

Participants must be 19 years of age or older!
Ingredient list will be sent out a minimum of 1 week prior to class.

The Urban Botanist was created with the intention to reconnect people with nature. Emma believes in the benefits associated with engaging with nature. She teaches how to de-stress by pausing with plants to improve your mental health and living spaces, as well as how to grow your green thumb! She has spent the last 5 years combining education with passion for the natural world to form The Urban Botanist, an Ottawa based female run business. An international public speaker, she has a degree in Biology from Carleton University, and has a genuine love for all things living.

Get up and DANCE this Winter! Join OSSC in this NEW, beginner Hip Hop class and learn to move and groove right from your own living room. Improve your coordination and build confidence to the sound of great music. No experience is needed. Every-BODY is welcome!

Classes are taught live by trained dance choreographer Edz Gyamfi. Classes are 1 hour long and run for 6 weeks.
