Volleyball Leagues

Dig deep and hit the Volleyball Courts!

It doesn’t take long to realize why Volleyball is our most popular every season.

Choose from the traditional 6-on-6, or the unique 4-on-4 league format (3 sets, 55 minute games). Check out our 5 sets (90-minute) leagues on Sunday afternoons for more volleyball.

Leagues are offered in regional areas such as Kanata, Barrhaven, Central Ottawa, and Ottawa East/Orleans! We're sure to be in your neighbourhood!

Looking for something more casual? We offer Drop-In Volleyball and Classes throughout the week!

Summer 2023 Volleyball Details

Beach and Court Volleyball leagues are offered across the city, Sunday to Friday with options for Recreational, Intermediate and Advanced!

Highlights:

Beach leagues at RSC have expanded to include courts down the road at Sts. Peter and Paul Church - a combined location league for more competition!
90-minute leagues are back this season on Sunday afternoons at RSC!
Masters 45+ league is offered on Tuesday nights!
More Drop-In, Classes and Tournaments this season!

Rosters & Schedules will be available to registered players at least two (2) days prior to your first session.
