Choose from a variety of class styles including stand-up paddleboarding and skills and drills.

 

Class participants register as individuals (but feel free to invite your friends to join you and register online!).

 

Classes are typically held weekly on a consistent day (i.e. every Tuesday) and many classes offer a multiple sessions throughout the season. Check out your class registration page for dates and number of weeks.

Develop improvements in a number of areas: core and limb strength, focus, sense of balance and coordination, as well as body and spatial awareness. A standup paddle board will be provided on site and classes will be led by a certified SUP and Yoga Instructor.

Classes will be primarily held at the Britannia Yacht Club. Under certain conditions, the class could be moved to Lac Leamy to provide a calm, flat water experience.

Play Beach Tennis and meet new people this season! Players will get a chance to play with, and against, different players every week while enjoying this casual drop-in style of play! Beach Tennis is a fun, fast-paced racquet sport that is a hybrid of beach volleyball and tennis. A paddle and de-pressurized tennis balls allow for a safe inclusive playing environment (these will be provided on site).

Specialized racquets and balls will be provided on site!

Players will be playing between 6:00pm and 7:30pm (90 minutes of play) and are also invited to continue the fun at The Bridge Public House (located on-site)!

Register for the 8-week session to maximize your summer fun!

Registration is open to individual players (no pre-determined teams). Invite your friends to join!

The learning never stops! This Volleyball program is a great balance between skill development and game play, and is the perfect setting to meet other volleyball enthusiasts.

In this 2 hour class, the first half will focus on skill development. In the second half, you will have the opportunity to put your skills into practice through game play.

*This Advanced program is geared towards players with over 5 years of experience and who have an elevated level of comfort in the fundamentals. This is a great choice for those who have completed the Intermediate level and are looking for the next level. There will be a strong focus on developing and refining tactical (volleyball I.Q.) and technical (skill) elements, working on offensive and defensive components of the 5-1 system and ongoing fine tuning of techniques.

In this 2 hour class, the first half will focus on skill development. In the second half, you will have the opportunity to put your skills into practice through game play.

*The Intermediate program is geared towards players who want to enhance their skill level to become a more proficient and competitive player. Emphasis will be placed on serving, passing/digging, setting, blocking and attacking.

This Skills & Drills program is a perfect opportunity for those players who have limited (or some) experience playing Soccer and are looking to improve their technique and better understand this fast-paced game.

In this 2 hour class, the first half will focus on skill development. In the second half, you will have the opportunity to put your skills into practice through game play.

Emphasis will be placed on dribbling, passing/receiving, 1v1 situations, defending, ball mastery and understanding the fundamentals of Soccer.

Golf can be many things - enjoyable, frustrating, exciting and intimidating - but with OSSC your golf experience can be all of the highs without the lows! Come learn the golf basics or improve your swing with a PGA Canada instructor, while taking in the fresh air and having fun!

Within this 8-week class, the first 6 weeks allow you to fine tune your swing and better understand the strategy and technique of the sport. The final two weeks of this program you'll be able to put your skills to the test on the course!

*Golfers are required to bring their own set of clubs.
